Front Lines Tutoring is a nonprofit organization that provides accessible, high-quality, and affordable tutoring to children of healthcare workers and first responders fighting COVID-19. Additionally, we have expanded our tutoring services to low-income families who have been disproportionately impacted by the pandemic.

In March of 2020, Front Lines Tutoring (FLT) was founded to give back to healthcare workers who were placed in an unprecedented work environment with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the past year and a half, FLT has supported hundreds of children of nurses, doctors, PAs, NPs, and other professionals in healthcare. FLT aspires to help these kids achieve their academic goals while their parents battle the coronavirus. We also hope to lighten the load of our healthcare workers at home.

Since our founding, we have grown to include over 400 undergraduate and high school volunteer tutors from across the nation. Our tutoring network includes students from the University of California, Los Angeles, University of Texas at Austin, University of Washington, Texas Christian University, Carnegie Mellon University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Yale University and more.

With the ever-changing nature of the pandemic and its increasing impact, our organization has expanded to offer tutoring to children from low-income communities and children of first responders. It is our hope that we can support these various populations both during and beyond COVID-19. We look forward to working with you!
