My name is Mackenzie Lowenstein, I am the President/CEO and Founder of Front Lines Tutoring.
First of all, I would like to thank every front-line worker who has dedicated their time and put their life at risk during the COVID-19 pandemic. You are the driving force behind Front Lines Tutoring's mission to expand high-quality tutoring to as many children as possible during and beyond COVID-19. In March 2020, I founded this organization with the hope that we would alleviate some of the stress put on medical professionals throughout the pandemic, particularly in their lives at home. Front Lines Tutoring aims to help the kids of our nurses, doctors, PAs, MAs, ER Techs, NPs, etc. continue to achieve their academic goals while their parents battle the coronavirus. When school abruptly transferred into online platforms, children of medical professionals were left in uncharted territory that could derail their education and academic goals. The repercussions of this have potential to last years into the future.
Since the inception of this organization in March 2020, we have offered over 20,000 hours of tutoring and expanded our services to 300+ families. Additionally, the Front Lines Tutoring executive team has grown to include 30+ dedicated individuals committed to the children we serve. Over the past year, the organization has developed multiple departments including, but not limited to, Tutor Recruitment, Outreach, Client Relations, Risk Management, Tutor Coordination, Quality Assurance, Tutor Engagement, and more. It is the utmost priority of our entire team that we provide safe and high-quality tutoring for your children. All of our tutors have undergone an extensive application, interview, background check, and onboarding training. We want to ensure that our tutors are not only capable of providing robust tutoring, but that they will also serve as positive role models for our Front Lines students.
We look forward to working with you!
Sincerely, Mackenzie Lowenstein President/CEO and Founder
